Our mediaguide xpedeo plays an important part in the crossmedia concept of the museum which for the first time has been installed as a native app for iOS and Android use. Supported by a floor plan and navigation instructions visitors can be guided through the exhibition. Various thematic tours available in several different languages convey the history of the Free State of Bavaria.
Another highlight is the VideoSync function:
This allows the audio tracks of videos projected in the exhibition to be played lip-synchronised via the media guides' headphones - even on visitors' smartphones.
This technology also allows the sign language translation of a contribution to be played synchronised on the mobile devices.
With our media guides, visitors can be easily guided through the exhibition using a floor plan and navigation instructions.
All content can of course be independently edited and continuously expanded by museum staff using our additor editorial system.
